Executive Director

Kim Wrangell

Kim serves as the Executive Director of The Meadows of Fall River Assisted Living, bringing dedication, experience, and a deep passion for resident care to her role. She began her journey with The Meadows in September 2011 as a part-time cook. Within a few months, she stepped into a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) position, where she gained valuable hands-on experience working across all three shifts.

In 2013, Kim transitioned into the role of Dietary Manager, where she took pride in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for residents. Her commitment and leadership led her to become the RCAC Supervisor in early 2016. In 2021, she stepped into the role of Executive Director, where she continues to lead with compassion while supporting her team, residents, and their families.

In this leadership role, Kim has found great fulfillment in building meaningful relationships with residents and their families while also mentoring and supporting her staff. She is especially passionate about creating a positive, energetic work environment for her team.

Having lived in the Fall River area for over 20 years, Kim truly appreciates the charm and sense of community that small-town life offers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Wisconsin’s state parks, and embracing all that nature has to offer. One of her personal goals is to visit every National Park in the United States.

Head of Maintenance

Peter Gildemeister

Peter brings a lifetime of hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and practical problem-solving to his role. Raised in Wisconsin, he spent his early years working on farms, including summers at his grandparents’ farm in Randolph, where he developed a deep-rooted understanding of agriculture and machinery. His grandfather often proudly shared that even at a young age, Peter had the skills and initiative to manage farm operations independently.

As his career progressed, Peter expanded his expertise into landscape construction, specializing in stamped concrete patios, retaining walls, tree and shrub installation, and lawn care. He further enhanced his skill set by obtaining an applicator’s license, allowing him to safely and effectively treat lawns. His mechanical aptitude led him to work as a shop mechanic, where he handled everything from engine replacements in heavy equipment to snowblower repairs, as well as snow removal operations during the winter months.

Peter later focused on agricultural infrastructure, designing and installing a wide range of fencing solutions, including smooth wire electric, woven wire, and residential fencing. He also played a key role in developing rotational grazing systems for a variety of livestock, including dairy cattle, buffalo, deer, elk, horses, and sheep. In the colder seasons, he complemented this work by selling and installing outdoor wood furnaces, helping homeowners efficiently heat their properties.

Since joining The Meadows as Head of Maintenance in November 2024, Peter has demonstrated exceptional dedication and reliability. His extensive knowledge and ability to repair virtually anything make him an invaluable asset to the community. Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, Peter consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that all systems operate smoothly and that residents’ needs are met promptly. His commitment and personable approach have earned him the trust and appreciation of residents and staff alike.
