The Meadows has a beautiful and spacious dining room that looks out over the prairie and into the woods. We provide three home-style meals daily cooked by our trained staff and we always have fresh coffee available as well as tasty snacks for our residents. Come and enjoy this pleasant space while visiting with your friends and family over a cup of coffee.
Do you feel that it’s time to look your best? You don’t have to travel far or go outside and have the weather dampen your style! The Meadows has an awesome beauty salon/barber shop available on-site for your convenience. Not only do we have local stylists that work in our salon, but we also invite your favorite stylist and family members to use the space as well (limited to space availability).
Has the doctor told you to exercise? Are you rehabilitating from a surgery or injury? Bay Harbor has the equipment and space available for you to work out as much as you need to maintain mobility, gain energy and to recover as quickly as possible all in the comfort of a familiar space.
The Meadows has a beautiful Craft and Activities Room that encourages individuals to spend time engaging in their favorite hobbies, playing games and socializing. This space has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, a stove, and a microwave that can also be reserved for family parties.
Our library beckons to book lovers, providing a diverse array of reading materials complemented by easy access to computers and printers. It’s the perfect place to immerse yourself in a world of words, combining the joys of reading with the convenience of modern technology.
Do you love movies? Do you have favorite DVDs or videotapes? We invite our residents and their loved ones to enjoy movies and televised sporting events in our theater. In addition to personal movie collections, we welcome suggestions and regularly schedule showings of everyone’s favorite movies. Grab a bag of popcorn, sit back, relax and enjoy!
The Meadow’s Theater is also used as a Chapel. We encourage the spiritual well being of our residents and we welcome local clergy to utilize this room.
